Chop all the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
Place a pan on medium heat and melt the coconut oil.
Slice the chicken and add to the pan.
Meanwhile, combine the coconut aminos and almond butter and whisk until it forms a thick sauce.
Once the chicken in cooked add in all the vegetables and the almond butter sauce.
Cook and cover for another 7-10 minutes.
Turn the heat off and take the cover off and let the sauce thickens up for a few minutes before serving.

1/4 Cup of Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp of Almond Butter
