Ingredients

  • 8 oz / 227 g of Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups of Broccoli
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cup of Red Onions
  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tbsp of Almond Butter

Directions

  • Chop all the vegetables into bite-size pieces.
  • Place a pan on medium heat and melt the coconut oil.
  • Slice the chicken and add to the pan.
  • Meanwhile, combine the coconut aminos and almond butter and whisk until it forms a thick sauce.
  • Once the chicken in cooked add in all the vegetables and the almond butter sauce.
