Start with making cauliflower rice by grating cauliflower.
Scoop out half of an avocado.
Combine everything in a large bowl with the cauliflower being the base.
Next, add in either raw sushi-grade salmon or you can also use smoked salmon.
Finally, add one sheet of nori seaweed cut into small strips and top it all off with some coconut aminos.
